Short week for blogging this week. I just got a new Mac and Photoshop CS5, so I’m prepping the Mac and learning CS5 (not so different, but a few cool things). No transition time needed for the Mac, I’ve been using Apple computers since 1987 and wouldn’t change on a bet.
I’m also printing a photo for a customer, an experiment with canvas-type paper and a wooden stretcher frame. It’s a great step for me to go from glossy paper only to canvas, but it might be a good idea.
Here’s the foto:
Shooting stars are delicate little flowers, lovely to look at. They like wet, marshy areas, so take your tarp with you or prepare for a wet belly when you photograph them. Click on the image to enlarge and you’ll see a flower that’s much larger than actual size (In fact, the thumbnail you’re seeing here is about twice as big as the actual flower).
